You purchase an undivided interest in a specific aircraft, which entitles the owner to a set number of flight hours per year based on the share size purchased. FlyEpic handles the plane, the pilots, the maintenance, the scheduling, and the hangar — you handle showing up. Share sizes range from 1/16 (50 hours a year) up to 1/4 (200 hours), with a 25-hour starter card if you want to try it before committing.

A 1/16 share starts at $285,400 with $10,000 a month in management fees and $1,500 per flight hour, resulting in an all-in cost per hour of $3,900. A 1/8 share is $570,800 with $15,000 monthly, and a 1/4 share is $1,141,500 with $30,000 monthly — all at the same $1,500 hourly rate, resulting in an all-in cost per hour of $3,300. If you want to test the waters, our 25-hour card is $112,500 and applies toward a share purchase within the first 12 months.

The 25-hour card is a one-time, no-commitment way to fly with us — 25 hours of flight time for $112,500, good for 12 months. A 1/16 share is actual ownership in a specific aircraft: 50 hours a year, monthly management fees, and the ability to sell or renew at the end of your term. If you upgrade from a card to a share within 12 months, any unused card hours are applied to the purchase price.

Our primary service area includes the Pacific and Mountain time zones, including the 11 states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. That means quick hops to Tahoe, Napa, Santa Monica, Palm Springs, Sun Valley, Aspen, or Orcas Island on 24 hours' notice. We also fly the rest of the continental U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean on 120 hours' notice at 1.3× the hourly rate.

You can roll your unused hours into the next year, no questions asked. Owners can always fly up to 125% of their annual utilization in a given year. Most of our owners find that their actual usage closely matches their share size once they get into the rhythm.

For 25-hour card members, 48 hours booking notice is required. For fractional share owners, 24 hours within the primary service area. A 120-hour booking notice is required to access the rest of the continental U.S., Mexico, and Canada. We also designate 10 peak travel days per year (think Thanksgiving, Christmas) that require 120-hour advance booking at 1.3× the rate.

While you are purchasing a share in a specific aircraft, our agreements provide our members and fractional owners access across our entire fleet of aircraft. You will fly on your aircraft on occasion, but this is the benefit of being part of a program — you'll never be impacted by maintenance requirements, a big advantage over owning an entire aircraft. At Fly Epic, guaranteed availability is part of the deal.

Yes. The E1000's luggage compartment fits 2–3 standard suitcases or 5–7 carry-on roller bags, plus duffels, skis, and pets — the cargo area is 36.9" wide, 22.5" deep, and 47" high. Tell us what you're bringing when you book.

The E1000 is a turboprop — single-engine, 383 mph cruise, 1,200-nautical-mile range, and able to land at more than double the number of airports that traditional private jets can access. For trips under 1,000 miles (which is most West Coast travel), it gets you there about as fast as a light jet for a fraction of the operating cost. With Starlink Wi-Fi and a 53"-wide cabin, it's not a downgrade — it's the right tool for the trip.

You have two choices: sell your share back to FlyEpic, or renew. There's no surprise exit cost and no obligation to stay in for another term. Most owners renew once they see how the program fits their needs.
