Rest of the continental U.S. — 48-hour notice, 1.3× hourly rate.

Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean — 120 - hour notice, 1.3× hourly rate.
Peak Days.
10 designated peak travel days per calendar year. Peak Days require 120-hour notice and are billed at 1.3× the hourly rate.
